“I simply cannot express my gratitude enough to your wonderful loving and truly expert team of carers who looked after R. during his last week, some of whom have sent me cards themselves – L, S & S who was by his side when he actually died. It is not easy suddenly to come into someone’s home to look after someone who is so sick without having experienced the household before. They were superb ‘fitters in’, and whatever anxiety I may have felt that week, it certainly wasn’t about his physical well-being.”
