Recognising that your need is often urgent, we guarantee to respond to your enquiry promptly (usually within a few minutes) even if it means advising you that in that particular instance we are unable to help.
Any client enquiring about domiciliary care is offered a free home consultation by an appropriate Everycare manager. We can then discuss your specific needs and you have the opportunity of meeting Everycare personnel and asking any questions before engaging our services. We monitor everything we do, encouraging and obtaining feedback from our clients as part of our quality control process.
