The company head office is located within the centre of the county town of Dorchester. We have a comprehensive range of administrative facilities, including dedicated interview, study and training rooms and a regularly updated IT facility.

Everycare (Wessex) started operating in March 1997 as part of the Everycare Franchise Group.

The principal executive team comprises:-

Stuart Truelove is the Managing Director, formally involved for many years at director level in the property and construction industry, he brings a wealth of business management skills. His abilities have not only been directed at developing Everycare, but he has also contributed to local business at executive level in the local Chamber of Commerce and more recently as Chairman of the Dorset Home Care Providers Association, which represents local independent care organisations and promotes the highest standards in care provision.

Lorrie Truelove is a Director and the Registered Manager for both our nursing and the home care services. In addition to her NVQ Level 4 Registered Manager (Adults) award she holds CPCAB certification in Counselling Skills.

Carl Chick (RN) is our Head of Nursing and Care. He is responsible for interviewing nursing staff, staff appraisals, assessing and reviewing any services provided involving registered nurses, and dealing with any medical or clinical issues arising. The Head of Nursing and Care also becomes involved in other more intensive home care provisions, especially those relating to end of life care.

We maintain a dedicated management team within our head office, many of whom have been promoted from our care work force.
